Requirements to teach practical part Machine or Equipment maintenance training
Machine or Equipment completely mechanically dismantled;
Engine on bench fully disassembled including clutch system;
Tools for assembling and disassembling engines and mechanical, cooling and clutch parts;
Minimum knowledge of mechanics and electrical;
Lubricating oil for engine and hydraulic fluid for clutch as well as fluid for cooling system;
Technical Instruction Manual for the engine of the machine or equipment;
Technical Instruction Manual for Machine or Equipment Maintenance;
The Equipment must be without wheels, or rotating material (mat) supported on an easel;
The final test will be applied at the end of the training;
The Theoretical Assessment will be applied at the end of the theoretical studies by the EAD Platform.
Procedures: Only when Practical Maintenance Training is contracted:
The training must be accompanied by the Supervisor of the maintenance area as a courtesy student, including his final test as well as the others.
The student will not be allowed to leave the training session under any circumstances.
The practical training time will be after theoretical training reviews and final tests.

Inexperienced Participants:
Minimum credit hours = 80 hours/class
Experienced Participants:
Minimum credit hours = 40 hours/class
Update (Recycling):
Minimum credit hours = 16 hours/class
Updating (Recycling): The employer must conduct periodic training Annually and whenever any of the following situations occur:
a) change in work procedures, conditions or operations;
b) event that indicates the need for new training;

After payment is made, Purchase Order, Contract signed between the parties, or other form of closing confirmation, the teaching material will be released within 72 working hours (up to 9 days), due to the adaptation of the syllabus and compliance with the Standards Techniques applicable to the scenario expressed by the Contracting Party; as well as other adaptations to the teaching material, carried out by our Multidisciplinary Team for technical language according to the student’s nationality and Technical Operational and Maintenance Instruction Manuals specific to the activities that will be carried out.

Preventive Maintenance Tools
Check the functioning of all movements;
Test the brake operation;
Check that the load chain has not been abraded in the joints;
Check oil level. Complement if necessary;
Check chain fastenings, clean and lubricate with ROCOL;
Review the drive elements, connections, weld seams and fixing of the translation car.;
Check the load and suspension hooks for cracks or other damage;
Change the oil (gearbox). Clean the oil outlet screw;

05 – Check the Technical Inspection Report of the Equipment and Anchorage Points with ART;
06 – Maintain Equipped Rescue Team;
07 – Safety meeting on the operation with those involved, contemplating the activities that will be developed, the work process, risks and protection measures, according to risk analysis, contained in a document to be filed containing the legible name and signature of the participants;
a) Visual inspection;
b) Checking the operation of the radio;
c) Confirmation that the signals are known to everyone involved in the operation.
08 – The safety meeting must instruct the entire work team, among others involved in the operation, at least about the following hazards:
a) Impact with external structures;
b) Unexpected movement;
c) fall from height;
d) Other specifics associated with the lift.
