Inexperienced Participants:

18.10.1.22 Quando no mesmo local houver dois ou mais equipamentos de guindar com risco de interferência entre seus movimentos, deve haver sistema automatizado anticolisão instalado nos equipamentos ou sinaleiro capacitado e autorizado para coordenar os movimentos desses equipamentos.
18.10.1.23 Quando da utilização de equipamento de guindar, os seguintes documentos, quando aplicável, devem ser disponibilizados no canteiro de obras:
a) plano de cargas, conforme subitem 18.10.1.17 desta NR;
b) registro de todas as ações de manutenção preventivas e corretivas e de inspeção do equipamento, ocorridas após a instalação no local onde estiver em operação, e os termos de entrega técnica e liberação para uso, conforme disposto no item 12.11 da NR-12;
c) comprovantes de capacitação e autorização do operador do equipamento de guindar em operação no local;
d) comprovantes de capacitação do sinaleiro/amarrador de cargas e do trabalhador designado para inspecionar plataformas em balanço para recebimento de cargas;
e) projeto de fixação na edificação ou em estrutura independente;
f) projeto para a passarela de acesso à torre da grua;
g) listas de verificação mencionadas nesta NR e instruções de segurança emitidas, específicas à operacionalização do equipamento;
h) laudo de aterramento elétrico com medição ôhmica, conforme normas técnicas nacionais vigentes, elaborado por profissional legalmente habilitado e atualizado semestralmente.
18.10.1.27 Os dispositivos auxiliares de içamento devem atender aos seguintes requisitos:
a) dispor de forma indelével a razão social do fabricante ou do locador, a capacidade de carga e o número de série que permita sua rastreabilidade;
b) possuir certificado ou dispor de projeto elaborado por profissional legalmente habilitado, contendo a especificação e descrição completa das características mecânicas e elétricas, se cabíveis;
c) ser inspeciona

b) record of all preventive and corrective maintenance and inspection actions of the equipment, which took place after installation in the place where it is in operation, and the terms of technical delivery and release for use, as provided for in item 12.11 of NR-12;
c) proof of training and authorization of the operator of the crane equipment operating on site;
d) proof of qualification of the signalman/cargo lashing agent and the worker assigned to inspect cantilevered platforms for receiving cargo;
e) fixation project in the building or in an independent structure;
f) project for the access walkway to the crane tower;
g) checklists mentioned in this NR and safety instructions issued, specific to the operation of the equipment;
h) electrical grounding report with ohmic measurement, according to current national technical standards, prepared by a legally qualified professional and updated every six months.
18.10.1.27 Auxiliary lifting devices must meet the following requirements:
a) to indelibly dispose of the company name of the manufacturer or lessor, the cargo capacity and the serial number that allows for its traceability;
b) have a certificate or have a project prepared by a legally qualified professional, containing the specification and complete description of the mechanical and electrical characteristics, if applicable;
c) be inspected by the signalman/shipping rig before being put into use.
