Inexperienced Participants:
Minimum credit hours = 120 hours/class
Experienced Participants:
Minimum credit hours = 80 hours/class
Update (Recycling):
Minimum credit hours = 40 hours/class
Updating (Recycling): The employer must carry out periodic Biennial training and whenever any of the following situations occur:
a) change in work procedures, conditions or operations;
b) event that indicates the need for new training;
c) return from work leave for a period exceeding ninety days;
d) change of company;
e) Exchange of machine or equipment.

Our pedagogical project follows the guidelines imposed by Regulatory Standard nº1.
After payment is made, Purchase Order, Contract signed between the parties, or other form of closing confirmation, the teaching material will be released within 72 working hours (up to 9 days), due to the adaptation of the syllabus and compliance with the Standards Techniques applicable to the scenario expressed by the Contracting Party; as well as other adaptations to the didactic material, carried out by our Multidisciplinary Team for technical language according to the student’s nationality and Technical Operational and Maintenance Instruction Manuals specific to the activities that will be carried out.
Attention: The Course teaches how to Apply the normative concepts of the standard, which enables you to sign Projects, Reports, Expertise, etc. these are the attributions that the (a) Legally Qualified Professional has with their Class Council, such as CREA.
This course aims to study situations where it will be necessary to apply: Concepts and Calculations according to relevant standards and does not replace the analysis and responsibility on the part of each professional accredited by CREA or other Class Councils in the most varied situations, where makes it imperative to respect the conservation conditions of equipment, periodic checking of instruments, as well as respect for the primary capacity predetermined by the PPE manufacturers, among others based on the corresponding Standards.
Certificate: The Certificate will be issued to each participant who reaches the minimum achievement of 70% (theoretical and practical) as recommended by the Regulatory Standards.

NR-12.1.16 The crane equipment that receive coupled baskets for lifting people must be subjected to periodic tests and inspections in order to ensure its proper functioning and its structural integrity.
12.1.16.1 Tests that prove the structural integrity, such as ultrasound and/or acoustic emission, must be carried out, according to ABNT NBR 14768:2015.
12.3.17 It is prohibited to move loads suspended on the hook of the hoisting equipment simultaneously with the movement of people inside the coupled basket.
Causes of Work Accident:
Lack of alert from the employer;
Lack of employee care;
Even carrying out all the mandatory Training and Occupational Health and Safety Reports in the event of an accident at work, the employer will be subject to processes such as:
Police Inquiry – Civil Police;
Expertise through Instituto Criminalista;
Verification procedure at the Regional Labor Office;
Public Civil Inquiry before the Public Ministry of labor to verify that other workers are not in danger;
The INSS will question the cause of the accident that could be avoided and refuse to pay the benefit to the employee;
Family members may file a lawsuit in the Labor Court claiming pain and suffering, material damage, dislocation, etc.;
Procedural Tsunami forcing the Employer to generate a Defense Strategy even though it is right;
Although the Labor Delegation Law does not provide that “culpa en vigilando” applies, but only the responsibility to deliver the equipment, however it is worth emphasizing that the Employer is also responsible for overseeing;

“Section III
Illegal exercise of profession
Art. 6 – Illegally exercises the profession of engineer, architect or agronomist:
a) the natural or legal person who performs acts or provides services, public or private, reserved for the professionals dealt with in this Law and who do not have registration in the Regional Councils:
b) the professional who undertakes activities outside the attributions listed in his/her registration;
c) the professional who lends his name to persons, firms, organizations or companies performing works and services without his real participation in their work;
d) the professional who, suspended from exercising, continues in activity;
e) the firm, organization or society that, as a legal entity, exercises duties reserved for professionals in Engineering, Architecture and Agronomy, in breach of the provisions of the sole paragraph of Article 8 of this Law.”
Important:
If necessary, the use of Lifting Machines and Equipment is MANDATORY, immediately before the movement, to carry out:
01 – Preparation of the APR (Preliminary Risk Analysis)
02 – Work Permit (PT);
03 – Check EPIs and EPCs;
04 – Check the Machine or Equipment Operational and Maintenance Instruction Manual;
04 – Check the Technical Inspection Report of the Equipment and Anchorage Points with ART;
05 – Maintain Equipped Rescue Team;
06 – Safety meeting on the operation with those involved, contemplating the activities that will be developed, the work process, risks and protection measures, according to risk analysis, contained in a document to be filed containing the legible name and signature of the participants;
a) Visual inspection;
b) Checking the operation of the radio;
c) Confirmation that the signals are known to everyone involved in the transaction.
07- The safety meeting must instruct the entire work team, among others involved in the operation, at least about the following hazards:
a) Impact with external structures;
b) Unexpected movement;
c) fall from height;
d) Other specifics associated with the lift.

12.5 Sistemas de segurança.
12.5.1 As zonas de perigo das máquinas e equipamentos devem possuir sistemas de segurança, caracterizados por proteções fixas, proteções móveis e dispositivos de segurança interligados, que resguardem proteção à saúde e à integridade física dos
trabalhadores.
12.5.1.1 Quando utilizadas proteções que restringem o acesso do corpo ou parte dele, devem ser observadas as distâncias mínimas conforme normas técnicas oficiais ou normas internacionais aplicáveis.
12.5.2 Os sistemas de segurança devem ser selecionados e instalados de modo a atender aos seguintes requisitos:
a) ter categoria de segurança conforme apreciação de riscos prevista nas normas técnicas oficiais;
b) estar sob a responsabilidade técnica de profissional legalmente habilitado;
c) possuir conformidade técnica com o sistema de comando a que são integrados;
d) instalação de modo que dificulte a sua burla;
e) manterem-se sob vigilância automática, ou seja, monitoramento, se indicado pela apreciação de risco, de acordo com a categoria de segurança requerida, exceto para dispositivos de segurança exclusivamente mecânicos; e
f) paralisação dos movimentos perigosos e demais riscos quando ocorrerem falhas ou situações anormais de trabalho.
12.5.2.1 A instalação de sistemas de segurança deve ser realizada por profissional legalmente habilitado ou profissional qualificado ou capacitado, quando autorizados pela empresa.
12.5.3 Os sistemas de segurança, se indicado pela apreciação de riscos, devem exigir rearme (“reset”) manual.
12.5.3.1 Depois que um comando de parada tiver sido iniciado pelo sistema de segurança, a condição de parada deve ser mantida até que existam condições seguras para o rearme.

12.5 Security Systems.
12.5.1 The danger zones of machinery and equipment must have safety systems, characterized by fixed guards, mobile guards and interconnected safety devices, which protect the health and physical integrity of the
workers.
12.5.1.1 When protections that restrict access to the body or part of it are used, the minimum distances must be observed in accordance with official technical standards or applicable international standards.
12.5.2 Security systems must be selected and installed to meet the following requirements:
a) have a security category according to the risk assessment provided for in the official technical standards;
b) be under the technical responsibility of a legally qualified professional;
c) have technical compliance with the command system to which they are integrated;
d) installation in a way that makes it difficult to cheat;
e) remain under automatic surveillance, that is, monitoring, if indicated by the risk assessment, in accordance with the required safety category, except for exclusively mechanical safety devices; and
f) stoppage of dangerous movements and other risks when failures or abnormal work situations occur.
12.5.2.1 The installation of security systems must be carried out by a legally qualified professional or a qualified or qualified professional, when authorized by the company.
12.5.3 Security systems, if indicated by risk assessment, must require manual reset.
12.5.3.1 After a stop command has been initiated by the safety system, the stop condition shall be maintained until safe conditions for the reset exist.
