Understand the relationship between Price and Value:
Performing a task as strategic as pricing a Service requires knowledge about the business world.
Two fundamental concepts to understand how to price are the definitions of Price and Value.
Value is a qualitative concept, and is linked to the transformative potential of that content.
A course has more value when it adds more knowledge to the target audience.
Price is a consequence of value.
For being an essentially quantitative concept, it is responsible for “translating” the value into a number.
Therefore, the greater the value added to the content, the higher the fair price will be.
Causes of Accident at Work:
Lack of caution by the employer;
Lack of care by the employee;
Even after carrying out all the mandatory Training and Reports on Health and Safety at Work, in case of an accident at work, the employer will be subject to lawsuits such as
Police Inquiry – Civil Police;
Forensics through the Criminal Institute;
Investigative Procedures at the Regional Labor Office;
Civil Public Inquiry at the Labor Public Ministry to verify that other workers are not at risk;
The INSS will question the cause of the accident that could have been avoided and refuse to pay the benefit to the employee;
Family members may file a lawsuit in Labor Court claiming for Moral, Material, Dislocation, etc. damages;
Tsunami of Lawsuits forcing the Employer to generate a Defense Strategy even though he is right;
Although the Labor Delegation Law does not provide for “culpa en vigilando”, but only for the responsibility to deliver the equipment, it is worth pointing out that the Employer is also responsible for vigilance;
When an accident occurs, in addition to destroying the whole “good mood” of the relations between employees or also the very serious problem of defending oneself from a series of procedures at the same time, then it is worth investing in this prevention;
The Employee cannot exercise activities exposed to risks that may compromise his safety and health, thus the Employer may respond in the criminal and civil spheres.
