Inexperienced Participants:
Minimum credit hours = 40 hours/class

Experienced Participants:
Minimum credit hours = 16 hours/class

Update (Recycling):
Minimum credit hours = 08 hours/class

Updating (Recycling): The employer must carry out periodic training Annually and whenever any of the following situations occur:

This course aims to study situations where it will be necessary to apply: Concepts and Calculations according to relevant Standards and does not replace the analysis and responsibility on the part of each professional accredited by CREA or other Class Councils in the most varied situations, where makes it imperative to respect the conservation conditions of the equipment, periodic checking of the instruments, such as respect for the primary capacity predetermined by the PPE manufacturers, among others based on the corresponding Standards.

Certificate: The Certificate will be issued to each participant who reaches the minimum achievement of 70% (theoretical and practical) as recommended by the Regulatory Standards.

e) the firm, organization or society that, as a legal entity, exercises duties reserved for professionals in Engineering, Architecture and Agronomy, in breach of the provisions of the sole paragraph of Article 8 of this Law.”

18.12.43 In any activity where it is not possible to install a scaffold or work platform, the use of a suspended chair is allowed.
18.12.44 The suspended chair must present in its structure, in indelible and clearly visible characters, the manufacturer/importer’s corporate name, the CNPJ and the identification number.
18.12.45 The suspended chair must:
a) be supported by steel cable or synthetic fiber cable;
b) have a system equipped with an ascent and descent device with double safety lock, when the support is through steel cable;
c) have a system equipped with a descent device with double safety lock, when the support is through a synthetic fiber cable;
d) have a seat belt to secure the worker in it.
18.12.46 The suspended chair must meet the requirements, test methods, marking, instruction manual and packaging in accordance with current national technical standards.
18.12.47 The worker, when using the suspended chair, must have an SPIQ anchor point independent of the anchor point of the suspended chair.
